Accessibility Statement

Vision Wings Marketing

Effective Date: 03 August 2026 | Last Updated: 03 August 2026

1. Our Commitment

Vision Wings Marketing is committed to making www.visionwingsmarketing.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities. Accessibility is treated as part of design quality, not an afterthought.

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and take account of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW 3.0) as reference standards for good practice.

2. Conformance Status

Current status: Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

"Partially conformant" means most of the Website meets the standard, but some content does not yet fully conform. We are working to close the remaining gaps.

3. Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy;
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images marked so screen readers skip them;
  • Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements, with a visible focus indicator;
  • Colour contrast ratios meeting the 4.5:1 minimum for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface components;
  • Text that reflows and remains readable at 200% zoom and on small screens;
  • Form fields with associated labels, clear error messages and instructions not conveyed by colour alone;
  • Descriptive link text rather than "click here";
  • Respect for the `prefers-reduced-motion` setting, so animation is reduced for users who request it;
  • A "skip to main content" link at the start of each page;
  • Accessibility considered during design review, not only at the end;
  • Periodic testing with screen readers and automated tools.

4. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas that do not yet fully conform, and are working on them:

  • Video content: some campaign and showreel videos do not yet have captions or audio description. Target: December 2026.
  • Third-party embeds: embedded video players, maps and social feeds are controlled by their providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Legacy blog images: some older insight articles may have incomplete alternative text. Target: December 2026.
  • Heavily animated sections: certain scroll-driven and parallax sections may be difficult to navigate with assistive technology. Target: December 2026.
  • Downloadable PDFs: some older PDFs may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We provide accessible alternatives on request.

5. Assessment Approach

The Website's accessibility has been evaluated through:

  • Self-evaluation by our design and development team;
  • Automated testing using Lighthouse and WAVE;
  • Manual keyboard-only navigation testing;
  • Screen reader testing with NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on iOS.

We reassess after any significant redesign, and at least once every 12 months.

6. Compatibility

The Website is designed to work with recent versions of:

  • Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge;
  • NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack screen readers;
  • Browser zoom, text resizing and operating system high-contrast modes.

The Website may not work reliably with browsers more than three major versions out of date.

7. Technical Specifications

Accessibility relies on the following technologies working together with your browser and any assistive technology installed: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, JavaScript.

8. Feedback — We Want to Hear From You

If you encounter a barrier on this Website, please tell us. Your report helps us fix real problems rather than theoretical ones.

Please include:

  1. The page URL where you encountered the problem;
  2. A description of what happened and what you expected;
  3. The browser, device and assistive technology you were using;
  4. How you would like us to respond.

Our commitment: acknowledgement within 2 working days and a substantive response within 10 working days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you the timeline and offer the information in an alternative format in the meantime — including large print, plain text, or a phone or email walkthrough, at no charge.

9. Accessibility in Client Work

We build accessibility considerations into the websites, landing pages and campaign assets we produce for clients, including alt text, contrast checks, keyboard navigation and captioned video. The final conformance level of a client deliverable depends on the scope agreed in the Engagement Agreement; where a client declines accessibility work, responsibility for the resulting gaps rests with them.

10. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the Office of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Government of India.
