1. Ownership of Website Content

All content on www.visionwingsmarketing.com — including text, articles, case studies, photography, illustration, video, audio, motion graphics, page design, layout, source code, frameworks, methodologies, templates and downloadable material — is the property of Vision Wings Marketing (operating as Vision Wings Marketing) or of its licensors, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international treaties including the Berne Convention.

The "Vision Wings" name, the Vision Wings logo, and associated marks and taglines are our trademarks, whether registered or used at common law. Nothing on the Website grants any licence to use them.

2. What You May Do

Without asking us, you may:

• View, browse and print pages for your own personal or internal business reference;
• Quote short extracts (up to 100 words) from our articles, provided you attribute Vision Wings Marketing and link to the original page;
• Share links to any page on the Website;
• Share our social media posts using the native sharing features of the relevant platform.

This is permitted use consistent with fair dealing under Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957.

3. What You May Not Do

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce, republish, syndicate or redistribute substantial portions of our content, including on your own website, newsletter, course or client deliverable;
• Copy our page layouts, design system, code, or the structure and wording of our service pages;
• Use our content, case studies or imagery for commercial purposes, including as sales collateral or portfolio material;
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, watermark, credit or attribution notice;
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, harvest or systematically download Website content;
• Use our content, images or text to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine learning or generative AI model;
• Use our name, logo or marks in a way that implies affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement;
• Register a domain, business name, handle or trademark confusingly similar to ours.

4. Client Work and Deliverables

• Materials you supply (brand assets, logos, product photography, copy, data) remain your property. You warrant that you hold the rights to them and licence us to use them for delivery of the Services and, subject to your opt-out, for portfolio display.
• Final deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you on full payment of all sums due, as set out in Clause 7 of our [Terms of Service](/terms).
• Retained by us: pre-existing tools, internal frameworks, working and source files, rejected concepts, unused variations, and general know-how.
• Third-party licensed assets — stock photography, fonts, music, video footage, plugins and software — remain governed by their original licences. Licence scope (territory, duration, media, impressions) is stated in the relevant deliverable documentation. Extending use beyond the licensed scope requires a new licence, which is your responsibility to obtain.

5. Third-Party Content on Our Website

Some imagery on the Website is licensed from stock providers or used under licence from clients. Their inclusion does not transfer any rights to you. Where content is used under a Creative Commons or similar open licence, the licence is credited on the relevant page.

6. Copyright Infringement Notice (Takedown)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on this Website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Grievance Officer.

1. Your name, postal address, email and telephone number;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, with proof of ownership or authority to act for the owner;
3. The exact URL(s) on our Website where the material appears;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our process:

This procedure follows the takedown obligations applicable to intermediaries under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and is offered on a comparable basis to rights holders outside India, including under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Note: knowingly submitting a false or bad-faith infringement claim may expose you to liability for damages and costs.

7. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken or that you hold the necessary rights, send a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement of your good-faith belief that the removal was in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. We will review and, where appropriate, restore the material and inform the original complainant.

8. Repeat Infringers

Accounts or users who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others will be terminated.

9. Requesting Permission

To license, syndicate or reproduce our content, write to info.visionwings@gmail.com with: the specific content requested, the intended use and audience, the medium and duration, and whether the use is commercial. We respond to permission requests within 7 working days.
